IT Specialist
Suez Canal Container Terminal - SCCT

 Provides technical assistance to users and oversees a help desk for users, optimizing customer services.
 Installs the tests software upgrades.
 Perform security test in a regular basis and monitor / report security incidents, violations, and findings.
 Operates and maintains the office environment that contains and not limited to ( Active directory, Exchange, Backup,...etc ).
 Ensure anti-virus software is updated and current, thus providing security necessary for the network.
 Maintains inventory of internal licenses and track compliance.
 Data backup and recovery data.
 Configures, installs and maintains software and telecommunications services e.g. work stations, system software, software applications, printers, servers, blackberries, PBX and cabling.

Skills

1. University degree in Engineering - Communication section or computer science degree or related discipline.

2. The candidate must be Microsoft & CISCO certified.

3. Requires at least 1 year of experience with computer Wire & Wireless Networks;hardware and software support.

4. Experience with Sun Solaris 10 systems is a must.

5. Familiarization with applications software to support
operation Systems is a must.


6. Ability to work on a shift bases - 12 hours.

7. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems as an IT shift duty.

Education
