Senior. Mechanical Engineer (Fire System)
Bemco International .SAL.

•Basic Design and Detailed engineering-Equipment Layout/piping drawings/ installation details/sizing/hydraulic calculation for the following Fire Protection systems(Major-underlined):

-Fire Water Pumps sizing, Fire Water Piping Network Design and Routing Layout Drawings.
-Clean Agent Gas Extinguishing System: FM 200, CO2, NOVEC 1230
-Fire Water Spray Deluge System for transformers protection/tanks cooling/hazardous storage protection.
-Fire Foam Deluge System, Foam Stations(i.e. bladder type), Foam monitors/chambers for fuel hazards protection.
-Fire Water & Foam Hydrants Arrangement/ Cabinets of the FW network.
-Fire Water Check Alarm Valves/Sprinkler System (Wet type, etc).
-Fire Water Standpipe Arrangement /Cabinets for buildings.
-Mobile and Portable extinguishers: dry powder chemicals, CO2, water base, etc.
-Fire Detection and Alarm(Low Current) for buildings( Technical, Non-technical) and outdoor industrial applications i.e. explosion proof, etc.

Skills

-Familiar/trained in NFPA Codes i.e. NFPA 10, 11, 13, 15, 20, 22, 30, 72, 850, etc.
-Skills: AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, Fire Fighting design Tools i.e. HASS, Elite, etc.
-Training/Certification by min. one of the below Fire protection manufacturers, including Manufacturers design software:
-Foam System: ANSUL(TYCO)/ANGUS/VIKING/ARROW/NATIONAL FOAM
-Clean Agent Gas Extinguishing System: KIDDE / CHEMETRON, etc.
-Fire Detection and Alarm: NOTIFIER/HONEYWELL, SIMPLEX, SIEMENS, EDWARD(GE), etc.
