Datacom L3 Engineer

Department: Managed Service Department
Reporting to: MS Department Manager

Job Description:
1. Responsible for providing senior technical support,
2. Responsible for making O&M working plan,
3. Responsible for coordinating system upgrade and configuration,
4. Responsible for technical communication with CUSTOMER.
5. New software delivery.
6. Open GCRMS Ticket.
7. Cooperate with Headquarter to deal with the network problems. Such as, get the statistics, configure files and routers information.
8. Handle the daily problems of routers switch .
9. Organize network extension and system upgrading.
10. Guiding the site engineer to fix the problems, such as fault location, fault investigation and troubleshooting.
11. Make the network monthly report and send the soft and hard copy to customer.

Ability Requirements:
1, the senior knowledge of engineering and abundant operation experience is requirement
2, have the ability of improve the engineering or project with other project
3, training the senior engineer
4, have the ability to instruct construction the correlative technical ability
5, have the ability to draw up a technical or operation specification
6, be familiar with the specification of the field and customer
7, be familiar with the maintenance scope and process, and have practice experience

Skills

1, Education: 4 year university degree in Telecom or Computer Science
2, Language Skills: English， Other local languages as required
3, Experience: Continue working more than 2 years after obtain the correlated level-16 qualification
4, Others: Experience with operator O&M dept or other MS organizations is a plus Continue working more than 2 years after obtain the correlated level-16 qualification
