IT Sales Manager with experience of working for an SMB, enterprise and government selling IT turn-key solutions.

• To create and generate sales opportunities for service agreements for the company.
• Proven sale records in similar business.
• Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience of managing and developing new business opportunities, achieved by reviewing market potential, setting objectives, planning a schedule and for future projects.
An IT or at least technology lead sales background that will have included: Data Products / Networking / Security / servers, storage and datacenters / IT Hardware or Technology Products.
• Follow up all sales leads to maximize opportunities for sales.
• Develop, implement, monitor and review the annual and medium term plans, programs and projects to meet the overall objectives and time frames.
• Work towards creating a team based culture, ensuring positive interaction with other teams within the organization and suppliers.
• dynamic day-to-day leadership and development involving managing and coaching the team, helping them manage their account planning, driving services and hardware sales.
