Finance Manager
Lafarge
Set SMART objectives for all finance staff, coaches, assesses staff performance during Midyear review and End Year review
Organise regular team meetings and agree on key action points.
Planning, organisation and control of the team
Coordinate with company auditors for issuance of final audit report, both for internal and external audits
Coordinate with accounting & reporting to ensure, complete, accurate and proper reporting of actual results
Coordinate with Other Departments and Senior Management Team for identifying and setting the KPIs and their periodic reporting
Ensure a sufficient and reliable internal control system on all processes in order to safeguard the Company’s assets and record liabilities.
Ensuring compliance with applicable taxation rules and regulations
Review the age analysis for Accounts Receivable, Stocks, Stores & Spares
Review Financial policies, procedures and internal controls .
Review the contingent liabilities and ensure their proper, accurate and complete reflection in the financial results of the company
Keep a track of all CAPEX purchases in terms of their value and time lines for purchases
Coordinate with Treasury and Purchase Department for settlement of payables on due dates and maintain an age analysis report.
Review the Costing and ensure it's completeness, accuracy and validity.
Review, update and present the financial picture to Senior Management Team & Banks .
Ensure good knowledge of the accounting laws and liaise with external advisers for specific problems.

preferably in an industrial company with at least 5 years of senior management experience.
Knowledge of the practical aspects of the function.

Languages: Arabic-English
Knowledge of Reporting system (Hyperion) is an asset
Knowledge of Financial system (Oracle)
Technical skills: Accounting, Analysis, etc.
People management skills

Education
University degree in Economics or Finance.
