Recruitment Manager
Lafarge
Manage the integrated demand/supply planning and forecasting based on clearly understood business strategies in Al-Safwa/Lafarge and ensure that these fit with Business Planning processes.
Develop a strategic resourcing and recruitment plan for Al-Safwa/Lafarge to include: long term target setting (3-5 years), expatriate replacement strategy, identifying skill gaps & liaising with Country HR.
Work with Country HR to develop and manage an integrated talent pipeline for Al-Safwa/Lafarge, covering:
planning & forecasting.
Attraction & recruitment.
Placement.
On- boarding.
Develop the annual manpower plan and translating this into actionable activities including internal/external recruitment targets by country and agreeing action parties.
Manage accurate and timely progress tracking/reporting to senior management & introducing proper MIS for candidate management & tracking.
Trouble-shoot recruitment issues and drive process improvement.
Develop Attraction strategy for Al-Safwa/Lafarge through situation analysis.
Investigate opportunities for on-line advertising campaigns.
Participate in career fairs & trade shows & participate in on-campus interviews & assessment if any.
Supervise the work of the recruitment team & provide them with coaching & direction.
Develop & manage relationships with agencies either traditional ones or on-line.
Establish a central hub for candidates assessment.
Develop & implement usage of assessment materials.
Make sure assessors available are updated with all new assessment materials.
Search for suitable candidates through identified web engines.
Participate in Assessment Centers as an assessor.
Develop an offer preparation process for accepted candidates.
Skills
Min 7 years of HR experience.
Practical experience in recruitment or manpower/succession planning is advantageous.
Experience of working in or with more than one ME country preferred.
Proven record of project and process management skill.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong influencing abilities across a range of levels/cultures.
Experience in managing or working in diverse, virtual teams.
Demonstrated record of delivering results.
Numerate with strong analytical ability.
Strategic thinker who is prepared to become “hands on” to ensure effective implementation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR/ Business Administration
