• Establish Accounting Policies, Processes, Procedures, Controls and Systems.
o Cost Allocation Methodologies - baseline for Rumaila activities
o Cash Call, Billing, Payments and Cost Recovery Processes, Bank Accounts
o Accounting Ledger / Chart of Accounts, Accounting Systems, SOC Inventory
o Financial Statements, Cost Reporting, Production Reports, ABC Controls, Delegations of Authority, Auditors
o Develop transfer procedure for the operating account (Annex C A
