Our client, an Islamic African bank is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to join its established team in Africa.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high level of integrity and reputation of the bank in the market.
• Maximize shareholder return and establish the bank as a regional player.
• Formulate and implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
• Source the best talents nationally as well as internationally to lead the various functions.
• Increase the legal and regulatory effectiveness, compliance and risk management systems within the bank.

Skills

• A management or a post-graduation degree or a professional qualification from a recognized body like ACA.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in banking and general management functions and Islamic banking experience is a must.
