Proposal Writer / Marketing Assistant - DUBAI

Duties:
• Lead in the preparation of technical proposals
• Prepare all required data and relevant information as stated in the Tender Invitation and Instructions to Tenderers
• Monitoring and update Project Monitoring worksheet for bidding and/or award
• Monitoring business opportunities and projects for bidding in on-offline marketing resource
• Attend the site visits and collect necessary information and data for the project to be bid.
• Discuss and agree on feasible tender prices, structure etc. for incorporation into proposal document.
• Submit commercial and technical parts of bid to the client

Skills

• With Construction related experience and with minimum 2 years experience in preparation of bid proposal for Project Management & Construction Management.
