Director, Business Process Improvement
Qatar Foundation
Job Purpose:
Plan and implement sustainable quality and perpetual improvement systems and culture in Qatar Foundation.
Key Result Areas:
- Coordinate with QF Vice presidents and Directors with respect to work strategies and objectives related to streamlining opportunities and eliminating waste.
- Nurture and develop alignment of goals across the organization.
- Agree with Top Management on major potential areas of improvement.
- Decide on improvement projects, scope and deliverables.
- Agree on the main goals of macro teams.
- Approve team members, experience mix and broad representations.
_ Agree on timelines and operational criteria.
- Advise on the team operational models, process and appropriate tools.
- Contribute to the transformational change in mentality and behaviour to establish a sustainable perpetual improvement environment.
- Ensure that quality and improvement projects are managed professionally and targets are met.
- Promote Teamwork and cooperation within and across departments.
- Lead the Business Process Improvement Directorate and the Quality division.
Skills
Kwowledge, Skills and Experience:
University Degree and a minimum of 15 years experience required.
