JOB DESC.FOR SAP HEAD OF CC

Desired Profile •Ability to manage multiple teams (internal and external) globally

•Ensure optimal use CE SAP resource, knowledge and funding
•Control the SAP CC Maintenance and Support budget. Provide regular reporting to the business and Group IT on how this has been spent
•Ensure that all business cases are fully informed regarding the SAP content and that the business maximizes their ROI
•Ensure SLA's are in place with the business and that the service provided delivers in line with the SLA
•Work with business to build forward looking work plans and ensure that the SAP CC has the resource to meet these plans
•Delivery of projects to timescale and budget that are resourced within the SCC
•Lead and manage the SAP Competence Center. Overall responsibility for the morale and motivation of SAP CC members
•Ensure that the delivery of corporate communication within the team is appropriate
•Undertake Performance Reviews for direct reports
•Responsible for continuous improvement of performance of team members through policy, process and training in line with Group IT standards
•Represents the SAP CC on internal steering groups and relevant external SAP events
•Point of contact for SAP CC. Prime responsibility for the relationship with SAP Account Management
•Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing
