a)Bachelor Degree in Computer\Electronics Engineering\Science
b)Aged between 30 - 45 years
c)CISCO Certified Network Associate(CCNA) certified
d)Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2003 certified ( Including Exam # 70-299 Implementing and Administering Security in a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 network and Exam 70-089 Planning, Deploying, and Managing Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003)
e)Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified
f)CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
g)VMware Certified Professional
h)At least 10 years of experience in IT backend services (hands on experience in servers installation\configuration\administration, SANs installation\administration)
i)At least 7 years of experience in administrating Enterprise Microsoft Networks and backend applications (Active directory, Exchange, ISA, etc...) (A certificate must be provided)
j)At least 5 years of experience in administrating Microsoft Mail services in Enterprise accounts with at least 6, 000 Mail Boxes (A client certificate must be provided)
k)At least 5 years of experience in monitoring\alerting tools (Microsoft MOM, SMS, Device Management Tools, etc...) (A certification must be provided)
l)At least 5 years of experience in supervising, managing and co-coordinating the activities of staff dealing with network, server administration and back office support.
m)At least 5 years experience as Network & Mail Supervisor in similar project to KOC scope and environment (A client certificate must be provided)
n)Experience in handling Availability Management, Disaster Recovery and Business continuity Management of the ITIL framework
o)The last 5 years of experience must be in Kuwait or any of the GCC countries
p)Excellent experience in DHCP, DNS, WINS configuration and troubleshooting
q)Excellent experience in applying Windows system policies
r)Excellent experience in solving LAN and WAN problems
s)Excellent experience in networking and Internetworking technologies, Routing Protocols and different communication solutions
t)Experience in troubleshooting Routers\Switches problems
u)Experience in switch/switch, switch/server, switch/router, server/server, router/firewall communication
v)Experience in VLANs setup\configuration
w)Experience in Wireless configuration and IP Telephony
x)Knowledge and experience in WAN topologies ( DSL, Frame relay, ATM)
y)Experience in VPN Configuration over the internet and site to site configuration
z)Experience in Firewalls setup\configuration
aa)Experience in Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Protection tools
bb)Experience in Microsoft networks Architectural designs (Active Directory, Exchange, ISA, Clustering, Load balancing, etc..)
cc)Fluent in English and preferably have know knowledge of Arabic as well
dd)Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition
