Electrical Engineer
Mercury Development

*Provide supervision and guidance on electrical design and engineering. Monitor Project progress and ensure compliance with established drawings and procedures.


1. Design Capabilities according to international standards Codes especially (IEC, NEC, and ASTM), Shops Drawing according to specific scopes of works.
2. Design of Site Power generator plant and network ( Medium Voltage, Low Voltage)
3. Project Costing: (Development of BOQ and Pricing).
4. Management skills OF site works as per NEC
5. Ensure adherence to the Design Criteria Report; identify variations in a timely manner, whether initiated by the Client or internally. Obtain the Project Manager’s approval of direction and any impact upon the project budget or schedule prior to implementation.
6. Implement the Client agreed resolution of all comments into the documents produced, under the direction of the PM.
7. Maintain a record of important communications for reference as required.
8. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
9. Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
10. Investigate and test vendors' and competitors' products

Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering)
• At least 4 years work experience in the design engineering/ commissioning domain
• Presentation and communication skills
• IT (computer) skills and mastery in Auto Cad packages
• Fluent in English
• Location : (Djibouti and Afghanistan)

Ba- Electrical Engineer
