Inventory Controller
Pharmaceutical / Medical Company

1. Supervise, monitor and control inventory of stocks and other materials ensuring that the quantities are complete and properly accounted for.
2. Formulate and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of inventory system.
3. Supervise and control the flow in and out of goods/items to and from the storage facility keeping records every transactions.
4.Regularly and periodically submit to higher management inventory reports, inventory data and other information as required by management and other units in the company.
5.Install effective control over all forms and documents to and from the Storage facility.
6.Provide and support management with data and information required for decision making.
7.Formulate and establish policies & procedures to ensure the quality, safety and completeness of the inventory.
8.Enhances professional growth and development by way of participating in educational programs, current literature, in service meetings and workshops.
9.Investigates Inventory related discrepancies and provide refinements and remedial actions to properly and accurately address issues and problems.
10.Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions.
11.Attends meetings as required and perform other related duties as requested.

Skills

1. Strong organizational and planning skills.Good in English written and communication skills. Good Computer skills in MS office excel and Inventory Software.
2.Good verbal and written skills of the English language.
3. Strong degree of professionalism and pays attention to details.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Accounting
