1. Facilitate continuous improvement quality efforts within business units in the hospital by providing expertise with regards to quality processes. 2. Act as an integrated resource to assist hospital teams in achieving goals, making decisions, resolving ongoing issues and analyzing problem situations. 3. Provide technical support to test existing and new technologies/equipment in order to assure that both operations and quality parameters are being met. 4. Coach team members on quality checks and monitor/address check completion levels.
Skills
The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, solid communication skills and be able to deal with all levels of hospital and corporate personnel. A college degree is required in quality. The candidate should also possess excellent skills in generating and interpreting data utilizing statistical process control and is able to drive problem resolution or continuous improvement
