Head of Transmission
MBC

Duties include:
 Articulating and maintaining ‘best of practice’ in transmission control operational functions
 Reducing number of controllable On Air disruptions
 Improving resolution time for fixing on air disruptions
 Improve TC resources utilization and availability
 Ensuring that transmission control department articulates, communicates and delivers against its service level requirements
 Managing human resources within the department according to Group’s policy. (HR Scorecard results ‘On target’)
 Ensuring that all activities within department are in accordance with Group Policies
 Developing and implement procedures to improve productivity
 Conducting periodic staff performance assessment and evaluation

Skills

Strong knowledge of transmission, Broadcasttwofour54 tadreeb offers participants a broad range of courses from the basics of broadcasting to latest digital technologies - making complex technologies easy. Learn more...ing, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems

Minimum of 7 to 10 years of transmission experience in a managerial/senior capacity

Fluent in English (Arabic an added advantage)

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

Experienced in Transmission Control Technologies
