Brand Manager for Footwear department
Retail Group

Retail Group Jordan, a leading fashion retail company, is looking for a Brand Manager for its fast growing operation in Jordan.

The qualified candidates should have the following requirements:

• Achieve or exceed the Sales Objectives for the Brand as defined in the Business Plan.
• Implement brand and sales strategies in order to deliver the sales objectives.
• Implement the Trading Calendar to support the achievement of each Brand(s) objective.
• Review the trading history of the brand in order to provide input for the next year’s Sales Activity planning.
Ensure the advertising budget is used effectively to support the brand and get best return on investment.
• Implement the Brand Standards for the product group in line with Brand Partner Expectations in order to meet the Sales Objective.
• Implement the visual guidelines and standards (e.g. Store Environment, People Management, Marketing & Promotional Activities etc) in line with the Brand Partner Guidelines.
• Build, maintain and establish a good customer relationship (both internally & externally) by providing a level of customer service that exceeds customer expectation.
• Ensure that the store sales team provides a level of customer service that exceeds customer expectation and that of the competition.
• Ensure the store hygiene, maintenance and housekeeping are maintained in line with Brand standards in order to create a pleasant shopping environment and uphold the image of the Company and Brand at all times.
• Execute all store project opening plan in relation to agreed store openings and ensure compliance to Brand store design and Company quality standard.
• Check that the computerized POS system generates valid information on updated pricing and promotion.
• Identify manpower requirements for the current financial year and participate in the recruitment activities for Store staff and Visual Merchandisers.
• Ensure that the Loss Prevention Policies, Systems and Procedures are implemented in all stores to mitigate the risk due to internal and external loss of store merchandise and revenue.
• Ensure all stock movements are recorded at store level and investigate any discrepancies in inventory so as to maintain accurate and updated stock records.
• Implement the inventory policies and prepare and present action plans to prevent and remedy the reasons for shrinkage.
• Exchange key market information with the brand partner on the market level of acceptance of new fashion garments and trends acknowledging the need for setting trends in the local market in order to maintain and increase market share in KSA in line with market growth.

• Demonstrate leadership and analytical skills to senior management
• Excellent Microsoft applications, namely Excel.
