QA-QC Manager m/f
Degrémont Al Bahrain

The job will consist in implementing, administering and controlling the Quality Assurance & Quality Control plan for the project activities. The QA-QC Manager will report to the Branch Manager based on site and will work in coordination with the Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Writes, revises and updates the QA/QC documentation with the Plant Managers and controls the procedures application,
- Ensures that required quality records, quality documentations and documents registers are properly prepared and maintained,
- Ensures that the QA/QC plan is communicated and administered efficiently and effectively,
- Coordinates and leads or delegates internal management of quality meetings,
- Performs examinations, inspections and tests as required by the quality procedures,
- Trains and provides guidance and assistance to all Plant staff with respect to any aspect of the QA/QC management system (Administrative and Technical),
- Assists the Plant staff in the preparation of quality documentation such as method statements, inspection & test plans and work procedures,
- Monitors issue and closeout of corrective and preventive actions,
- Ensures the proper control of delivered material to verify conformance with the Plant Quality requirements.

Skills

Good organization, Communication skills, Attention to details, Accuracy, Thoroughness, Autonomy.
ISO 9000 (quality management) and ISO 14000 (environmental management) Series.
The suitable candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role on a construction site. A previous experience in a desalination plant (RO technology) would be a great advantage.
Perfect command of english.
