HR Manager (Iraq)

Responsibilities
- Implement the organization’s Human Resources strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
- Direct a variety of Human Resources related programs to ensure that the organization’s current and future Human Resources requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization’s Human Resources strategy. These include:
Recruitment:Search, screen and interview candidates / Build relationships with local Universities / Coordinate internships / Attend career fairs
Compensation: Participate in local salary surveys / Manage salary reviews
Benefits: Assess the benefits provided within the assigned countries
Bonus: Implement the bonus strategy
Policies: work on reviewing and updating the policies within the assigned countries
Training: Coordinate the non-technical training
- Liaise with Operations to develop and implement local Human Resources strategies that are appropriate for the business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall Human Resources strategy.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the HR team members to ensure that the organization’s Human Resources strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
Skills
The ideal candidate should be outspoken, team-player, good communicator, analytical, flexible and forward thinker. He/she should be able to work independently and demonstrate leadership and organizational skills.
Education
Bachelor's Degree coupled with 5 years of HR Experience
