And due to the current modernization program, the company is looking for below positions.


• To manage the customer agents team responsible for the delivery of the customer needs on time and on budget across the value chain layers maintained by the company.
• To realize the company revenue target and profit target.
• Developing annual business plans and expense budgets for the business unit; working on monthly sales and profit objectives; and conducting the affairs of the business unit in a fashion helping to achieve its sales goals and maximizing the return on the owner’s investment.
• Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation, where the business unit personnel can prosper; find rewards in their efforts; and, be continuously motivated and challenged to improve their performance.
• Developing compensation plans that will encourage performance and assure that the business unit will achieve its goals for sales market segment profits and customer satisfaction.
