Projects Coordinators(Interior and Fit-Out works)
LEAD CONSTRUCTION
1. Coordinate the works between various subcontractors. Assist the site PM concerning all technical matters.
2. Prepare or revise material submittals and shop drawings.
3. Request and analyze quotations received from various suppliers and contractors for Interior Finishes and Fit Out Works.
4. Perform regular site visits and inspection of the works under execution and provide feedback to the site PM.
5. Review or prepare (in case of Design Build jobs) design drawings necessary for the execution of the works.
6. Coordinate with Procurement Manager the purchasing of all material finishes.
7. Supervise the works of subordinates (Architects and Draftsmen)
Job Location:
Qatar and Lebanon
Skills
Minimum of 8 years experience including a minimum of 6 years experience in coordination of Interior and Fit-Out Works of High-End Finishes for residential and commercial projects. Experience in the gulf region is highly preferable.
