Construction Managers (Concrete Works & Finishes)
LEAD CONSTRUCTION

1. Overall responsibility for construction progress, project schedule, and quality of the works.
2. Manage the works of a site team consisting of Engineers, Architects and Foremen.
3. Coordinate and supervise the works of various subcontractors and own labor workforce.
4. Monitor construction activities performed by subcontractors including inspection, testing and commissioning of the completed works.
5. Responsible for the quality of the works - work in close coordination with the Project Coordinator.
6. Coordinate and manages logistics of materials and equipment to, and from the site.
7. Work in close coordination with the planner in preparing update reports necessary for monitoring and updating the program.
8. Review material submissions and shop drawings submitted by suppliers and subcontractors prior to execution of the works.
9. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Construction reports to Projects Manager.

Job Location:
Qatar and Lebanon

Skills

Major: Civil Engineering, Masters in Engineering Management is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years experience including a minimum of 5 years experience in execution of Residential Construction such as compounds and villas (Concrete Finishes and E/M). Experience in Gulf countries is highly preferable.
