Sales Supervisor - Reseller Unit
CYBERIA

Reports to the CCO and has general responsibility for developing and maintaining Cyberia’s Reseller department. He is accountable for identifying opportunities and looking for new resellers (point of sales) based on market studies already available or new studies conducted by the team or area need. He is also accountable for monitoring day-to-day operations of the reseller department while performing the following tasks:


-Manages and directs individuals by conducting the following:
*Setting direction for, and supervision of the daily activities of assigned staff.
*Providing feedback to assigned staff on the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of their duties.
*Providing coaching and mentoring of junior staff to develop their skills and talents to the advantage of both the individual and the company.
-Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalogue, and emphasizes sale-able features.
-Negotiates deals with existing and/or potential point of sales and creates customized proposals
-Enters new customer data and other sales data into computer
-Manages client relationships before, during and after sale
-Coordinates reseller training
-Estimates date of delivery to point of sales based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
-Ensures potential and existing customers delight with a 100% customer service approach
-Continues to improve sales processes
-Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
-Tracks stock levels.
-Conducts extensive follow ups and collection from customers
-Conducts market studies research and information gathering
-Stays informed of current industry trends and competition
-Monitors and logs competition plans / offering.
-Attends trade shows.

Skills

-1-2 years experience in similar position.‎
-Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.‎
-Excellent communication skills (oral & written).‎
-English written and speaking.‎
-Computer literate.‎
