POSITION LABORATORY AUDITOR (M / F)
LACTALIS

Integrated to the Group Quality Direction, located in Laval (West of France - department 53), reporting to an Audit and Consulting Manager specialized in quality and laboratory, you realize audits and assist the Group plants. You support them in a continuous development of their efficiency in quality methods and processes.

As such, and after a training to our methods, you:
• audit internal and external laboratories in best practices of lab field
• ensure training for best practices of lab
• Manage and update documentation: technical sheet, procedures...
• report your activities, and follow up the audit actions plan
• propose improvements, maintain and expand the expertise of the department (network, observation, organization ...),

Skills

Advanced training in food processing, consolidated by 5 years of experience in food processing laboratory, ideally gained in dairy industry, has enabled you to develop a solid knowledge of standard analytical methods (ISO, AFNOR IDF), a good knowledge in Metrology and in quality systems, including ISO 9 001 is necessary.

Your knowledge of industrial processes on a technical level, and your ability to communicate will help you to convince and to assert your expertise with pedagogy.

Practice of English is appreciated for this position and practice of Russian is a plus.
The position includes regular travel for 50% of the time in different countries where we operate, which represents approximately 65 days of intervention per year .

Remuneration

The salary for this position includes a fixed salary x 13 (negotiable depending on experience) + Bonus Objectives of Participation + bonus + profit participation.
