Quality Assurance & HSE Manager

-ENVIRONMENT:

The Quality & HSE Manager is in charge of overseeing the implementation of Quality Assurance and HSE in ‎accordance with Metro Quality Plan.
‎
He is particularly on watch of the implementation of safety requirements and standards during installation, testing ‎and validation according to the System Safety Plan and the RAMS Plan.‎

He supervises and collect all QA & HSE and safety data from inspectors on sites and prepare related reports.
‎
He supports the Technical Manager to prepare QA & HSE and safety reports internally or for the customer upon ‎request.‎

-Tasks & Responsibilities‎:

1- On receipt of the Pre-bid documents or call for bid; Provide analysis of the Quality, HSE and Safety ‎requirements expressed by the customer, provide recommendations and identify risks and provide them to the ‎bidding team.Supports work out and issue of Quality & HSE and Safety documents.

2-During negotiations, analyze consistency between the contractual specifications and the technical proposal ‎made by the company, identify Quality and Safety risks and propose mitigations‎.

3-Identify any risks or non compliances and manage mitigations through to completion. ‎

4-Identify, cover and follow up all aspects of Quality Assurance & HSE and Safety to be implemented.

5-Report immediately to the Technical Manager any major QA & HSE and Safety issue for corrective action plan.

6-Support construction/installation teams for QA & HSE and safety aspects .

Education
