We are looking for a General Manager for our $70+ million operations in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, providing services to B&I, and Remote Sites segments with local and international clients.

REPORTING TO: VP MIDDLE EAST - Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the definition of development strategy and prepare plan of execution.
- Achieve economic and qualitative objectives.
- Define objective for management team and delegate responsibilities among Heads of departments.
- Closely monitor business development effort and contribute to the identification of commercial opportunities
- Maintain good relation with current clients.
- Ensure the company standards are met both in contract compliance as well as in Hygiene, health & safety.
- Follow up recruitment and training activities
- Monitor relation with local authorities, insure compliance with local rules.

Skills

- Degree in management
- Minimum 10 year proven experience in service industry
- Previous experience of managing a company (over 500 staff and/or turnover of US$40M).
- Must be fluent and at ease in English
- Excellent knowledge and analysis of figures and ability to easily construct P&L model for small and large projects as well as a pool of linked projects.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to face clients from different cultures/origins.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries is a definite plus.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain functions will be a plus
- Knowledge of Middle East and/or Asian and or Emerging Country environment will be a strong plus.
