Responsibilities

As a fresh graduate, you may work in any of the following disciplines: Quality, Mechanical, Research & Development, Petroleum, Electrical, Chemical or Reservoir. Initially, your responsibility would be limited to projects of minimal complexity, scope and impact. As you gain more skills and experience, your scope would widen.

Once you have completed your training period, your assignment would be outlined to you in detail. You would receive close supervision on almost all aspects of the project you are taking part of.

Skills

In order to qualify, you should be having strong communication, technical writing and presentation skills, as well as solid problem-solving abilities and the desire to learn new skills and gain new experience. Ideal candidates would be self-starters, goal-oriented team players who demonstrate leadership capabilities and understand practical business principles.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering with an excellent stan
