Financial Analyst

- Perform financial analysis of potential acquisitions.
- Responsible for analyzing/modeling projections of acquisitions.
- Performing "what if" analysis to determine variability of projections.
- Reviewing balance sheet and financial statements to assess financial viability of candidates.
- Work with Planning and Budgeting Control Manager in performing financial analysis of structuring capitalization structures.
