Restaurant Manager - Lebanese Cuisine

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Following the Operation Manager instructions.
2. Manage the day-to-day Operation of the Restaurant and communicates to the Operation Manager any decision taken, this did not require his action, and any other relevant information.
3. Must show discipline and a smooth operation and keep the family and team work Spirit between his Colleagues and team members.
5. Interact and build customer relationships with the restaurant clientele.
6. Support the Operation Manager for the Administrative tasks of the restaurant, example. (Attendance Report, Performance Report, Log Book, Payroll, etc….)
7. Assisting in Controls and analyses, on an ongoing basis, products and Equipment
8. Ensures optimum performance in specific areas assigned in the above.
9. Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships.
10. Assist in Conducting such functions as employee orientation, performance, coaching, counseling and to ensure the appropriate staff productivity and efficiency.
11. The Restaurant Manager is responsible in developing training plans in the coordination of the Operation Manager as well as on the job coaching in accordance with Company guidelines, and in conducting and implementing them.
12. Helping in Maintaining an updated operating manual for the Restaurant.
13. Allocate Staff on Stations according to Forecasted Business and available manpower.
14. The Restaurant manager will ensure that every sales article is registered in the system with appropriate Recipes system
15. The Restaurant manager will ensure that all staff work and are being managed according to company standards.
16. Conducts daily briefings and participates in other meetings as needed to obtain optimal service and result.
17. Supervises Coordinates and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous service to ensure that standards are met.
18. Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
19. Monitors the Stocks of all Food & Beverage, Material and Equipment and ensures that service requirements are met.
20. Monitors together with the outlet Chef local Competitors and compares their operation with his/her Restaurant.
21. Monitors and Controls all breakage & operating Equipment for the Restaurant.
22. Be aware of Trends, Systems, Practices and Equipment in Food and Beverage Trade Literature.
23. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
24. Participates in functions and activities with other Outlets when required.
