Continuous Education Center (CEC) - Manager
Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST)

The Candidate should:

* Manage the operations of the Continuous Education Center (C.E.C.), including human resource and budgetary management.

*Set the strategic direction within the center.
Develop and implements operating procedures to ensure effective delivery of services.

*Work with testing agencies, students and the university community to achieve the desired level of services.

*Plans, develops, and coordinates the execution of program policy, procedures, and operations; monitors compliance with university policies, procedures, regulations, and appropriate laws.

*Represents the organization at various community and/or business meetings; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies.

Skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

*A bachelor degree in business or marketing preferred, with minimum 3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

*Ability to supervise and train employees, that includes organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

*Skill in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

*Familiarity with product management and spreadsheet applications is required.

*Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people.

*Very Good leadership skills.

*Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

*Knowledge of contracting process.

*Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
