Activities but are not limited to the following :

- Mandatory Skills:

1. Hardware: HP servers with good knowledge of Redundant array disks, Good Exposure to HP Server Hardware Technologies. Understanding of SAN/NAS storage infrastructures would be an advantage
2. Networking: In depth troubleshooting techniques on DHCP/WINS/DNS.
3. Security: Antivirus systems (Symantec is preferred). Security patching which include WSUS and SMS server
4. Remote Access Tools: Awareness on Terminal Service, PC Duo, PC Anywhere, VNC Global Customer Remote Management experience
5. Hands-on experience on implementing Email Solutions like Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007
6. Hands-on experience on Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 server.
7. Hands-on experience on ISA2004 /2006 server.
8. In-depth understanding and working Capabilities on Disaster Prevention and recovery Procedures on AD and Exchange
9. Must have understanding of Active Directory concepts and troubleshooting skills on AD.
10. Must have working knowledge of exchange aware third party antivirus program and SPAM filter software.
11. Must have understanding and working knowledge of third party backup solutions like, Symantec Backup Exec, Netbackup and ARCSERVE.

Skills

- At least 2-4 years of IT Experience.
- Certifications Required (advantage):MCSA, MCSE 2000, Exchange 2003/2007, CCNA etc.
- Good English & communication skills.
- Ready to work under pressure and off-time and during weekends.
- Usage of Best Practices in IT.
- Strong enthusiasm for sharing knowledge.
- Managerial Skills for IT related tasks.
- Excellent Team Spirit. Highly self motivated.
