1) Candidate should have experience (5-7) years in the field of recruitment of senior level personnel in well recognized companies.
2) Candidate should have the ability to analyze client requirements / needs of manpower.
3) Candidate should have the ability to initiate and develop a strong relationship with the clients and develop new clients in Qatar.

Skills

1) Strong personality with ability of persuasion.
2) At least of (5) years experience in interviewing prospective candidates, applying tests, analyzing results and cross-checking references.
3) Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written and preferable also knowledge of Arabic language.
4) Proficiency in computer applications Microsoft Word and Excel.
5) Must holding Qatari driving license or any GCC valid driving license.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Science and or Engineers and additional diploma / degree in Sales/Marketing
