Marketing & Sales Coordinator

A leading multinational Healthcare organsiaion has an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the Business Unit Head in driving the sales and marketing initiatives and ongoing activities in the MENA region. You will be responsible for Major marketing responsibilitiesCoordinate and work with distributors' regional marketing team to prepare annual marketing plan. Communicate agreed Marketing Plan to all countries and follow up closely with all countries to properly implement brand strategies and activities. Champion media, consumer promotions and customer marketing plan execution and monitoring with different countries. Meanwhile coordinate day to day activities for all marketing, advertising and promotion campaign. Develop Trade and Marketing activities report to provide regular weekly andor monthly updates to BUH on sales and marketing activities in the region. Assist to maintain and monitor monthly track record of DME and COOP actual spend. Update Marketing Budget Sheet Expenses tracking. Ensure all activitiesjobs are in line with approved spending levels as per annual marketing plan and agreed marketing calendar. Work with distributors' regional marketing team to analyze major brand activities and program results. Create and manage timelines to ensure on-time project completion. Aid in developing and executing effective and efficient media, consumer promotions, customer marketing, and added valued programs that meet brand objectives. Assist Head of MENA in developing and executing regional PR campaign. Collect and Check all distributors COOP claims and invoices against budget and prepare summary report and bring discrepancies to managers' attention. Follow-up for invoices and evidences with vendors distributors for approved activities. Liaise with distributors' sales team in each country to ensure proper and timely execution of all marketing activities as per marketing calendar. Attend and contribute at staff and distributors meeting. Track competition marketing activities (advertising, promotion, press ads etc...)Major Sales responsibilities Ensure timely receipt and updating of stock and sales data from the Distributors, to facilitate planning and monitoring of product supply thus minimize 'out of stocks' and identify areas of improvement. Maintain a close contact with all CV Distributors. Coordinate and consolidate sales forecast (ROFO) from distributors and liaise with CV customer service team to secure product supply to all markets as per ROFO. Meanwhile ensure distributors forecast accuracy. Closely monitor and follow up monthly orders with all distributors against ROFO to ensure flawlessness budget achievement. Alert the Business managers of any changes in the supply chain in order to take correct measures. Track and report products in risk of expiry for Marketing and Sales to initiate measures for liquidation. Provide an analysis of 'In-market and Purchases' sales by country and brand in reference to previous year and current targets for use of Marketing, Sales and Finance. Assist to evaluate and report customers' complaints and provide summary and recommendation. Prepare various reports on market research done by the marketing team. Follow up on collections and distributors payments on time.
Skills
To qualify for this role, you must Be educated to degree level in Business Administration Marketing. Fluent in English Arabic and French. At least 3- 5 years of similar experience. Strong negotiation skills to solve variety of complex problems. Experience in Middle East markets preferred. Demonstrate leadership, problem solving and communication skills. The individual must possess excellent work ethic and be able to handle multitasks and function effectively in a multi-cultural team environment. Highly proactive, creative and accurate. Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines. Sound understanding of the principles of marketing. Good attention to detail. Team player -works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
