Construction Manager
CHAPO Trading & Contracting - Qatar

Construction Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Master’s Degree will be considered as an advantage to other candidates.

Experience in construction industry must be minimum 12 years 5 of which must be in the Gulf Region and 2 as a Construction Manager in project with minimum contract value of US$50 Million. Experience in high rise buildings will be considered as an advantage to other candidates.

The candidate must be able to work hard conditions and in fast track project.

Knowledge of computer programs (windows, MS Office) is a must. Knowledge of extra programs like Primavera and AutoCAD will be considered as an advantage to other candidates.

Age preferably to be early thirties or late thirties (min 30 - max. 40). Nationality to be preferably European. Knowledge of the Arabic will be considered an advantage to other candidates.
