Store Manager

managing of the shop and staff in coordination with the Operation Managers. All issues relating to stock and marketing are to be coordinated with the Brand Manager.
Delivers the highest level of motivation and develpopment of team members and ensures individual and store complance with all company regulation and procedure

Skills

To manage the store in a manner that reflects the luxury image of the brand and company.
To delegate duties each morning to the staff and follow up on these to ensure that all requirements are fully completed.
To be generally proactive in all areas and communicate regularly with both Operation Managers and Brand Manager.
Maintain good relations with Loyal Customers.
Prepare a strong customer database to help creating a Loyal Customer Service.
Monitor the performance of particular products in terms of sell through and advise the Brand Manager of any slow or fast moving stock.
Planning and implementing an effective filing system for proper and fast retrieval of information.
Organize staff schedules and shifts.
Ensure that staff are kept up to date on all company circulars and relevant policy in coordination with Boutique Operation Management.
