1. Teaching Learning and Evaluation of Lessons by Teacher
a. To adopt the concept of student’s centered learning approach.
b. To be willing to teach 30 periods / week which is the maximum teaching load
c. To prepare lesson plans as per the directions of the management.
d. To be willing to teach in a class where there are two different group abilities or levels, where the circumstances (e.g. temporary shortage of teachers) do not permit them to be separated and are unavoidable.
e. To prepare additional lesson notes to supplement the text-books based on the guided learning approach.
f. To guide students to write term paper for each subject they take.
g. To teach students research methods in their assignments using the internet and other resources.
h. To be involved in the school yearly planning and organizing of activities as directed and suggested by the school management.
i. To identify weak students through continuous evaluation and to conduct extra remedial classes after school hours to help them overcome their learning difficulties.
j. To correct student’s assignments and to return them promptly.
k. To supervise students in the guided learning approach as a learning strategy.
l. To attend any school assembly.
m. To conduct continuous assessments based on the criteria prepared by the school management, in order to ensure mastery of the subject-matter.
