Payroll & Personnel Administrator
Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Company
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and maintain all payroll information as required
- Processing of all personnel transactions related to all hiring & termination procedures
- Prepare & maintain all payroll records and reports
- Handling of all personnel files, records, vacations, bank letters and all personnel related issues.
- Working closely with all HR team to achieve the company goals.
- Prepare and maintain personnel & headcount reports.
- Document work procedures and maintain a smooth workflow.
Skills
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English Language, written & spoken.
- Very good knowledge of Labor Law.
- Good analytical skill.
- At least three years of experience in the same position in a reputable organization.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MenaPay system (MENAITech).
