Staffing / Recruitment Coordinator
Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Company

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Execute staffing policies and processes.

- Maintain up-to-date staffing, search progress, candidate database and all related staffing communications.

- Source and screen candidates to meet search requirements.

- Keep close contact with stakeholders on progress of search.

- Assist in building line manager capability to execute staffing fundamentals and tools: defining needs, screening, interviewing & selection.

- Clearly communicate context and rationale for all staffing practices.

- Provide value-added input to Annual Operating Plan with regards to forecasting organizational staffing needs.

- Ensure full implementation of Internal Job Posting process.

- Contribute in managing the summer internships.

- Support the Managing Training Program and ensure proper execution of selection of selection, training and performance evaluation processes.

Skills

- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment preferably with a manufacturing organization.

- Good command of English & Arabic language.

- Networking with search agencies, universities, other companies.

- Team player

- Persuasive

- Good interviewing skills.

- Extensive communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MenaHR system (MENAITech) is preferable.
