QA Manager / Supervisor in Al-Hasan Industrial Estate

Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise QA activities in both agrochemicals and veterinary product factories including: implementation (and, when needed, establishment) of the quality system (ISO, GMP or any other), participation in the development of the company’s quality manual, writing and issuing new SOP's, supervision of the regular internal audits or self-inspections, oversight of the quality control department, production in process control and participation in validation programmers.

- Prepare achievement reports.

- Measure performance of individuals in the laboratories against the standards for objectives.

- Represent our company in front of technical agencies in the markets of our operations.

- Train staff internally on related aspects and arrange external trainings as per needs of subordinates.

Skills

- Experience: 2-6 years in QA department in a company working in the field of producing pesticides, veterinary or human pharmaceuticals or any other related field.
- Good Knowledge in GMP regulations.

- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in chemistry, applied chemistry, chemical or industrial engineering, pharmacy or any other related field.

- Skills: should have good managerial skills, strong personality, able to motivate employees, good command in English, good computer skills, excellent work skills including chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, UV and other lab instruments in addition to writing SOPs and other related documents, plus know how in formulation procedures.

Residence: North of Jordan (Irbid, Mafraq, Ramtha etc.).
