Furniture Showroom Manager
ABYAT

Develop team in accordance with personal and store needs. Should manage team relationships in order to motivate to ensure maximum team and personal potential is achieved. Be excited and instill passion in new products and services. Ensure, monitoring briefings and regular meetings are conducted. Should ensure monthly / quarterly store social event is made available. Make sure that team complies with company policies and procedures.
Managing a chain of outlets.
Should ensure teams are fully trained with any customer eventually and store is aesthetically pleasing and all customer information is correct and up to date. Should maintain and promote relations with internal customers.

Ensure store exceeds KPI targets. Should ensure team is following to maximize sales and minimize returns. Ensure team is compliant with Axiom procedures to minimize shrinkage and cash loses.

Work in line with loss prevention assessment criteria. Ensure all store procedures are completed accurately and with in the correct time frame. Ensure all health & safety standards are maintained.

Ensure house keeping is in line with Retail Standards. Be compliant with reasonable management requests

Skills

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is a must.

A team player who is a conscientious worker and has great attention for detail. Willing to go ‘the extra mile in order to give quality support. Flexible - prepared to either lead employees from the front or support from the behind as the situation deems appropriate.

Perfect Arabic / English both spoken and written is a must.

Consistently high standards in work performance. Strong organizational skills.
