Four Seasons Hotel Amman

Four Seasons Hotel Amman has an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Sales Manager to support the needs of the business and play an instrumental role in the current success of the team.

We are looking for an individual who has solid selling and interpersonal skills and who demonstrates the energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal and company goals. The candidate should have a proven track record of pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.

The successful candidate will be expected to identify and secure new business opportunities in addition to building upon existing relationships with clients.

Skills

Experience:
Two to three years experience in a hotel and/or sales capacity with a related industry. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills (telephone and in person).
Strong writing and oral presentation skills.
Fluency in English language
Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
