Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible of:

- Providing client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic mediums.
- Monitoring online systems and reacting to solve issues.
- Logging, updating, and escalating technical calls.
- Providing advice and guidance to customers.
- Keeping Customers informed on request status and progress.
- Closing calls and confirmation with Customers.

The candidate should be able to work is a shift based system that will cover 24x7, the system may be changed upon the job requirements to meet the client and company needs, usually client and employee satisfaction are taken into consideration in the shift design.

Skills

-One year of Technical Support/Helpdesk experience.
-Experience in IIS Web Server administration, support and troubleshooting.
-Good knowledge in windows environment (Windows 2000, windows 2003, Windows XP).
-Knowledge in database-driven websites structure.
-Knowledge in Microsoft products e.g. Microsoft SQL Server.
-Knowledge in web development e.g. scripting languages, ASP and ASP.NET is most preferred.
- Excellent Proficiency in both English & Arabic.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity using ticketing systems.

Education

Computer Science/programming Diploma/ Computer Engineering or related majors.
