- Creates and stimulates creative ideas and exciting campaigns
- Provide leadership and inspiration to creative teams
- Challenge and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
- Become the creative voice for the major accounts
- Oversee all creative project and staff and responsible for leading the Agency creative work and overall quality of work produced by the creative department
