Financial Analyst-Bid Estimator

• To competitively price formal tenders for a range of waste management projects/services

• Prepare financial analysis for the business

• Liaises with Country Managing Directors and other Senior Managers to disseminate information and to compile financial requirements for all bids

• Carries out market research at a macro/micro level and applies/makes recommendations to the business model.

• Analyzes industry and market environments at a macro level and relate this specifically to the business.

• Prepares presentations, extensive reports and documents

• Maintains various databases with information on markets, suppliers, customers, industries and polices

• Forecasts industry/market trends

• Participates in additional projects and provide overall support to the Department

Skills

The successful candidate should have:

• Ability to develop financial and valuation models as well as detailed bid estimates for a range of waste related projects within the MENA region and present this information to our senior management team.

• Excellent analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards of work

• Strong ability to work independently

• Ability to communicate with all levels of management

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft office software

• Fluency in English and Arabic essential...

• A minimum of 5 years of valuable experience in a relative position

Education

B.B.A. is a must, M.B.A. or CFA is a plus
