Director Sales & Marketing - Hotel.

Our client, a leading hospitality chain in the GCC, is urgently looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing for their newly opened hotel in Dubai. The position will be reporting directly to the General Manager for all property related issue and to the Managing Partner for all Corporate related issues.
The main Duties and Responsibilities of the Director of Sales and Marketing will be:
• To develop a solid pre opening Sales and marketing plan for the property.
• To develop a short and long term plan for the property.
• Assist in setting the revenue plan and ensure that the same is met.
• To recruit the entire sales and marketing team.
• Train his / her team efficiently.

Skills

The Director of Sales and Marketing MUST HAVE:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with an international hotel chain.
• Experience of managing a larger sales and marketing team
• University graduate.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Ability to communicate with the senior management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Customer service oriented and have passion for the hospitality industry.
• Outgoing, meticulous, matured and an organized personality.
• Strong initiator.
• Age in between 28 - 32.
• Currently a resident of UAE.
Nice to have Skills:
• Ability to communicate in Arabic Knowledge.
• Experience within GCC.
