The role involves take orders, to serve guests and to provide an efficient and 5 star service to the guest, anticipating their every request.

Job description:

- Working as a Waiter you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible service is being delivered in a friendly and professional manner whilst exceeding our guest's expectations.
- Check with guest to ensure that they are enjoying their hospitality and take action to correct any problems.
-Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
-Present available menus to guest and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Anticipate & acknowledge guest needs at all times
- Follow the standard operating procedures & sequence of service of the restaurant at all times
- Inform management of any guest complaints or concerns
- Keep working areas clean & in-line with hygiene standards

Skills

To move into this position you will bring a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role of a five star hotel, high quality restaurant or Luxurious Villas.

You will have outstanding communication skills, an outgoing personality, sound food & beverage knowledge.
