Warehouse Manager - (Retail & Foodstuff)

SUMMARY
Responsible for organizing staff and monitoring, work flow, raw materials and finished product quality, inventory control, food cost, quality assurance, food/paper inventory, assets warehousing safeguarding and record keeping activities of the company
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES :
(Other duties may be assigned)
1. Receiving of raw materials to meet cost of sale target and commissary quality standards.
2. Responsible for raw materials ordering and forecast, customers orders and restaurant supply by supervising the receipt, follow up and delivery of all products to the restaurants and/or company facilities.
3. Responsible for data entry such as daily stock receipts, daily finished product count, daily waste finished product count, daily waste raw materials count, daily stock count, monthly stock count of food and paper items.
4. Responsible for reporting exact sales figures by controlling sales prices, returned invoices and posting daily sales.
5. Responsible for quality assurance program as opening and closing checklist, production evaluation form, truck evaluation and retention samples.
6. Responsible or introduction of new food items and external sales while maintaining regular schedule of current products.
7. To ensure warehouse security and distribution safety by implementing and executing the security plan system by the Management.
8. To plan layout of stock room, warehouse and other storage areas considering turnover, size, weight and related factors in items stored.
9. To establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
10. To advice and train employees on care and preservation of items received, stored and shipped; methods of handling, storing, maintaining stock and related problems.
11. To study record and recommend remedial actions for reported non-usable, non and slow moving and excess stock.
12. To schedule work for special and periodical inventories.
13. To ensure receiving and issue functions comply with the company policy and procedures.
14. To assist duties and examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
15. To study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
16. To carry out any other job related assignments.
17. To attend any training as instructed by the Management.
