Service Centre Specialist
Confidential Company
•Conduct Facilities reviews and in-market evaluations with assessment report and improvement action plan (include photos)
•Ensure strong company product participation in published product programs and increasing focus on All Makes retail/service business development in support of regional sales growth.
•Secure orders from all service centres, All Makes parts in liason with Parts Managers
•Monitor and increase parts usage and vehicle traffic at all service centres
•Obtain and monitor annual marketing plans of each Service Centres
•Monthly tracking of KPI (operational) and P&L (financial) reports of each Service Center
•Compile and announce Service Managers Excellence Program standings on a monthly basis
•Prepare service centres performance updates on a quarterly basis
•Perform Repair Order (RO) analysis for each center
•Serve as primary contact for service centres for daily operational issues
•Ensure service centre's commitment and compliance to policies and procedures
•Support Service centre operators in the preparation process of new openings from a marketing standpoint
•Support Service centre operators achieve full compliance to operating standards and image manual by all centers
•Support the Service Center Manager as required during expansion and strengthening of business mergers/joint ventures.
•Maintain timely itinerary, meeting agenda, and structured contact reports (including follow-up on specific action items)
•Participate in all applicable training programs to maintain job proficiency

•Excellent written and oral skills in English and preferably Arabic.
•Strong interpersonal skills required for internal & external relationships.
•Excellent analytical skills to present numerical data effectivly.
•Excellent problem solving skills to gather and analyze information.
•Excellent project management skills to manage own projects and tasks.
•Very good leadership skills.
•Excellent presentation skills.
•Excellent computer skills in MS Office, particularly in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to think strategically and creatively as well as working independently.
•General automotive service knowledge
Education
Post-graduate degree in marketing or business management
