Sales and Marketing Manager (For biscuits and cookies factory )

Key Accountabilities:
Sales Functions:
1. Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3. Reaching sales goals as set by management
4. Maintain high level of product knowledge.
5. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
6. Develop and maintain sales materials.
7. Obtaining information from all relevant sources.
8. Attend trade shows and association meetings as required.
9. Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships.
10. Prepares lists of prospective customers.
11. Serves as point of contact for business customers’ issues
12. Monthly reporting and updates of sales - Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
13. Other duties as assigned.

1. Synthesizing and sharing consumer learning

1. Analyzing market trends and growth drivers

4. Developing outstanding communication campaigns
5. Guiding outstanding brand packaging design
6. Evaluating communication effectiveness
Skills
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing and sales in Food market, in the Gulf market.
- Excellent understanding of the food market for the Middle East, with special emphasis to KSA market is essential.
- Excellent Brand building capabilities on all fronts, including building, maintaining, and monitoring the marketing strategic fundamentals of products, pricing, placements, promotions, PR etc. is essential.
- Proven record of building volume, market share and profit on established and new businesses, is required.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to deal with customers, and all channels of distribution to assess and analyze situations.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent mathematical and statistical skills with combined computer efficiency is essential.
- This position requires candidates to possess excellent linguistic ability in Arabic and English.
- Experience in new product development / launch would be a distinct advantage.
