EXPORT MANAGER
Our client is a leading high end fashion/ accessory consumer products manufacturer. The company is the largest manufacturer in its sector within the Middle East and is very high up in the global ranking with a presence in 35 countries.

Combined with its already strong presence in entire MENA region and the growing importance of the US customer base, and opening new markets in Eastern Europe, our client is well positioned to further increase its overall market share and to capture a large portion of the expected growth.

Our client’s management team consists of experienced Saudi nationals and expatriates combining best international practices and local knowledge. The Company has been very successful in retaining its senior managers and developing succession from within.


KEY DUTIES:

 Lead the Export Sales Operations branch including the company and commercial products sales
 Manage staff as well as participate in setting measurable objectives and KPIs for the section
 Implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs with the aim of achieving highest possible operating income
 Participate in developing yearly operating budgets and export sales plans
 Accurately prepare and convey all operational and financial data to the Executive General Manager
 Monitor and supervise export activities and provide guidance and direction on an on-going basis
 Ensure that all purchasing guidelines are followed and implemented according to the company policies and procedures
 Consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends
 Direct efforts in implementing sales and marketing plans to maximize profitability
 Communicate on regular basis with the management in KSA and ensure that areas of concern are addressed promptly and thoroughly
 Ensure that customer satisfaction is met and that all customer complaints are handled promptly and appropriately
 Continuously assess and evaluate the performance of the operation and staff in his section
 Reporting to the Executive General Manager

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Middle East experience in export of luxury consumer goods
• Must have Luxury Consumer Goods experience - fashion/ accessories/ jewelry/ luxury cosmetics/ perfumes etc
• 6 years total experience with 2 years in an Export Manager role
• Leadership / people management skills
• Hands on & execution oriented
• Arabic speaker
• Team spirited
• Multi-tasked

COMPENSATION/ BENEFITS:

• Salary package: Up to $75k USD per annum + BONUS
• + relocation
• High quality benefits package including accommodation
